Shipping

All MAROÚ pieces are carefully packaged and shipped in a reusable and recycled bag that reflects our commitment to sustainability and design.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
Shipping method: We use reliable parcel services with track & trace for all orders.
Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
Delivery times:
- Domestic (Netherlands): 1–3 business days after dispatch
- International: Delivery times vary by destination

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Maroú is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or incorrect information provided at checkout.

Returns

Our vintage blazers are individually upcycled with unique sleeves, making each piece one of a kind. As a result, we apply a clear and fair return policy:

Return window: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging (the bag) and box.
- Items that show signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
How to request a return:
1. Email us at marou.thelabel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will confirm your request and provide return instructions.
3. Return the item using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds: Once we have received and inspected the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Exeption: Customized blazers can not be returned we made it specially for you.
